29th March 09 Meeting

Ok so First ever meeting. This part of the forum I'm going to use to keep track on what was discussed in each meeting we have.

People present at the meeting:

Summary of what was discussed:

• Discussed promotion of Leaflette, Avo and Espeon. Decided to Promot Leaflette and Espeon to Elder and Avo to Branch Head of Floaty Peoples.
  
• Talked about ways to improve the guild and make differences between Branch Heads and Elders. Choices offered:
  
  1. Guild competitions between Branches (Mules Branch not included)
     
  2. So far Branch Heads can Add Members, Remove Members, Add Members to their branch and Start Guild Missions. Elders can Add Members, Remove Members, Add Members to a branch, Start Guild Missions, Change Guild Notice, Appoint Branch Heads and Set Guild Warehouse Permissions. (I'm still not sure if thats enough of a difference, we can discuss it again I guess when theres more of us online.) I was wondering about making it so that Elders could take out things from the guild warehouse but Branch Heads couldn't, I'm not too sure though. :/
  
  
• Elder Item collecting on Sundays. Maybe Fame collecting too.
  
• Having ferther meetings over YIM so that I can keep track of whats been discussed and add it to posts on here to keep track of whats talked about x3

If I missed anything feel free to add to it. But this is for the Three who missed it XD
We need to figure out when to do the next meeting as well I want to try and get us all in at the same time to discuss the future of the guild ^.^
