Take screen shots of your stuff

Today a GS has told people to take screenshots of the stuff you own. There has been things going missing and just incase something of yours goes missing you need a screen shot to prove you had it. So when you read this, take a screen shot of everything you own. o.o

If you aquired it and now it looks like you don't have it, we can tell and we can get it back to you (we can also tell if you bought it and then traded/sold it and are now trying to make up some story....so don't try anything funny while we are getting to the bottom of this).

As some of you know, last night/early this morning, DoMO started experiencing Database Issues.

These issues caused some players to lose items as well as experience other oddities.

The reason this happened was due to an unexplained rebooting of the DoMO Database Server around 7PM PST last night but massive problems did not start occurring until around 3AM this morning.

Due to this, our engineering team has decided it would be best to initiate a roll back to the last time we backed DoMO up which was around 4 PM PST yesterday 12/17.

DoMO is currently back up internally and we are testing to make sure everything looks good before making it live.

Now as far as CS purchases go, any purchases made between after we shut down the servers yesterday for maintenance (around 4PM PST) until 2:00 PM PST TODAY will have their AP refunded.

Thank you for your understanding and we should have DoMO back up in a flash.
